Aaron Ramsey has been ruled out of Wales Euro 2020 qualifier against Slovakia on Sunday through injury, manager Ryan Giggs has confirmed.The Arsenal midfielder was noticeably absent from an open training session at the Cardiff City Stadium on Saturday morning.
