Manchester United scouts were at the London Stadium on Saturday to watch Declan Rice.Man United have been linked with a move for the player before, but, according to The Metro, the 4-0 defeat to Manchester Citywas the first time representatives have watched the West Ham teenager in person.The 19-year-old is yet to agree a new contract, with the player’s current deal expiring in 2020.Losing a player who has been with the club since school would add to the frustration many Hammers fans currently feel at the moment.Rice spent most of last season as a centre-back, but manager Manuel Pellegrini has pushed the teenager further forward into midfield this term where he has been one of the team’s better players.1
